A facility is a physical site where you manage visitors. That covers offices, buildings, warehouses, clinics, or any location with its own reception and visitor flow. Each facility gets its own settings, QR codes, kiosk devices, and notification rules.
Is there a limit on users or visitors?
The free plan supports up to 300 users (staff who receive notifications and manage visitors). Visitor check-ins are unlimited.
Can I add more facilities later?
Yes. If you need to run more than one facility, contact us and we'll set up a plan that matches your scale. Your existing data, settings, and configurations carry over.
